Our Story

Named after the streets of our first two homes, Cast & Bow Home was born from a love of interior design, a passion for real estate, and the belief that beautiful spaces don't have to come with an extravagant price tag.

Today, Cast & Bow Home specializes in short-term rental design, transforming investment properties into thoughtfully curated spaces that are as memorable as they are functional. We believe a great rental should be more than just a place to stay. It should tell a story, create an experience, and leave guests wanting to come back.

Our approach is rooted in creating spaces that stand apart from the ordinary. Rather than relying on the same trends seen in rental after rental, we focus on personality, intentional details, and smart design choices that balance beauty, durability, and return on investment.

Vonna Kelly, owner and founder of Cast & Bow Home, is a Jacksonville Realtor with a love deeply rooted in interior design, real estate investing, and finding an amazing deal. With years of experience designing, renovating, flipping, buying, and selling homes, she brings a unique perspective to short-term rental design, blending her creative eye with an understanding of what makes a property both desirable and profitable.

The result? Beautifully designed spaces that guests remember and property owners are proud to call their own.
